We expect that each customer will see immediate and sustainable financial, operational, and service benefits as a result of utilizing our technology. Our mandate to all of our personnel is to exceed customer aspirations.

February 2009 - One of Insight’s partners in Australasia, MainFreight International has begun to roll-out DCX to each of it’s main branches in both Australia and New Zealand. In the two weeks spent with the Supply Chain teams for each country, significant savings were achieved on all “A” clients – to increase by 18% on labor alone – with the overall forecasted savings to be over $1 million dollars when all is said and done. Each Branch manager was given a high-level tactical plan on improving their warehouse – and an idea of where the quickest improvements could be made. Buy-In was instantaneous and company-wide. MainFreight is confident that these savings can be achieved within the year and is looking to utilize both the slotting and benchmark tools (both included in DC Expert) extensively throughout the organization.
